Our approach

SkinOps never uses advertising cookies. We only use analytics cookies if you say yes in the cookie banner, and you can change your mind at any time.

Analytics cookies (only if you accept)

If you choose Accept, we use Google Analytics to understand how people use SkinOps, such as which pages help people find a clinic and which searches bring visitors to the site. It sets these cookies:

• _ga: tells visits from different browsers apart. Kept for up to 2 years.
• _ga_ followed by letters and numbers: remembers the current visit. Kept for up to 2 years.

Google Analytics is provided by Google. We have switched off Google signals and advertising features, so this information is not used to show you adverts. If you choose Reject, or don’t choose, Google Analytics does not load and sets no cookies. Your choice is saved in your browser so we don’t ask on every page.

Use Cookie settings to change your choice. If you reject after accepting, we stop Google Analytics and remove its cookies.

Visit counts without cookies

Whatever you choose, we count visits with Vercel Web Analytics and keep our own counts of how the directory is used. Neither uses cookies or identifies you. Read our privacy policy for details.

Strictly necessary cookies

If you sign in to a SkinOps provider or administrator account, we set cookies that keep you signed in securely. They start with sb-, are only used for your account and are deleted when you sign out or they expire. These cookies are essential for the service you asked for, so they do not need consent.

Third-party content

Maps on provider pages come from OpenStreetMap and only load if you choose “Show map”. OpenStreetMap may set its own cookies when the map loads. See the OpenStreetMap Foundation privacy policy.

Managing cookies

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the strictly necessary cookies will stop account sign-in from working.
